Lester D.K. Chow is the younger second-cousin to China's late Premier Chow En-lai (Zhou Enlai in Mandarin). He is, also, the younger second-cousin, by marriage-ties, to the late Sun Yat-sen and the late Chiang Kai-shek. Mr. Chow is the president of The Chouclansmen Association of America, the main body of Chou (Chow, Chou, Zhou) surname people in the world. Their organization in mainland China numbers about 29,000,000 members. Mr. Chow is the principal partner and owner of Lester D.K. Chow and Associates. In November 1990, the consulting firm of Lester D.K. Chow and Associates successfully negotiated the withdrawal of Saddam Hussein's troops from Kuwait. This offer was quietly rejected by the Bush administration and our nation went to war. Mr. Chow is the family genealogist and a qualified historian on China, the Middle East, and the Chou Dynasty.
