Officially by China's history and Han-Chinese Imperial succession, I am China's current succession emperor and head of state of China by virtue of my family's heritage title. The last dynasty to govern China is the Ch'ing Dynasty, which is a Manchurian peoples' government over the Han-Chinese population of China.
