The Honorable Barack Hussein Obama II, President

The United States of America

Dear President Obama,

I am the most successful and most celebrated, hopefully, supposedly, U.S. political negotiator in America today. When all of the other negotiators in Washington D.C. were not able to secure an agreement with Saddam Hussein, I was able to reason with him and he thereby agreed to the Bush White House demands for his withdrawal from Kuwait. Somehow, our press was negligent and did not publish the story and no one to my knowledge ever questioned President Bush. If the press had run my story, we, our nation, would not be able to get into this very illegal and murderous war. Peace would be had as Saddam had agreed to inspections via my conversations with him. And there are White House telephone records showing that I contacted President Bush directly.

Today, as I was looking through the news, I came across a news article where South Korea accused North Korea of sinking one of her ships. I have written to you many times, asking for a meeting with you to discuss and to inform you on the details of my negotiation work between President Bush and President Saddam Hussein, yet you never answered. I, also, wrote because I am a foreign head of state in need of security protection. In need of U.S. Secret Service protection and the services of the U.S. Attorney as covered under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961. My family came to this country in 1871, but has never applied for protections until now. My life has been threatened and there is still the danger of Manchurian persecution by the royal family and/or by Chinese sympathizers. I have been repeatedly been beaten by thugs, hoodlums, and homeless people as well as by the police and left for dead.

Even if these situations were non-existent I would still ask for these above-mentioned protections as it is better to be safe, rather than sorry. I am qualified under U.S. And international laws as a foreign head of state in exile from my family's native country and it is no fun to be arrested (falsely arrested) as one values his community standing and personal reputation and dignity.

With respect to U.S. and China relations your government needs someone better than the people you have crafting U.S. Relations, when peace could be had our military planners are and have been quietly been planning for a major war against China. Honor and integrity should prevail in foreign policy and diplomacy, instead of lies and corrupt dealings. I strongly admire John F. Kennedy and what he said to the Press Club. That our government should always be honest and open to the press as well as to our people and nation. And that when we error (our government), we invite criticisms rather than to hide our mistakes.

You need to meet with me on all of the above-mentioned issues.

                                                                                                                 Respectfully,

                                                                                                                 /ss/ HIM Yao Sui
