PURPOSE AND MISSION
The purpose of this website is to showcase Hawaii's local Chinese heritage, culture, and community to the world. Its
secondary purpose is to advertise and make known Hawaii's 300 to 600 Chinatown merchants, stores, shops, and
businesses and to serve as a directory of Chinatown(s) in the State of Hawaii.
What has been in the planned for a very long time, by my family, yet never has been undertaken, is for this website to
be a people friendly and people oriented website for everyone in Hawaii's local Chinese community: (1) To have a place
where they can go to enjoy themselves with online games and wholesome leisure family activities. (2) To serve as a
gathering tool to help keep local Chinese families together, those who have an in-common cultural heritage, by way of
the Chou Clansmen Association of America and other local Chinese societies, as well as through financial aid to
qualifying individuals and families. Over 80 percent of Hawaii's local Chinese come from the Chungshan district in
mainland China, the southern seat of China's Chou Dynasty. We are the last remnants of the greater Hebrew nation

Our family's heritage and culture was established here in Hawaii with the coming of Hawaii's Chinese population for
well over two hundred years.
(3) To help preserve the Chinese cultural heritage that was planted in the State of Hawaii by our forefathers, as
descendants of China's Imperial heritage (Tan Heung Shan) and as the main lineage inheritors of China's four to six
thousand years of culture and history. We therefore try to be a benevolent society and serve the welfare and interest of
our tribe (ancient and Biblical term) by help individuals and families with their daily and special needs in America. And
to help them find and understand their genealogy, as to who they are, where they come from, what their family's past
history was like, giving them a renewed sense of purpose, belonging, and identity.
(4) We seek to coordinate our efforts with Chinese groups and clubs worldwide, as well as with the United Chinese
Society of Hawaii, which serves as the umbrella organization for all Chinese organizations in the State of Hawaii. We
seek to work with the many local Chinese organizations, including the Chinatown Merchants Association and others
like it, to foster and promote or to support Chinese activities in the State of Hawaii.
The Chou Dynasty/Zhou Dynasty
The main mission of the ancient and biblical Hebrew Chou Dynasty is to insure that China will always have good
government based on the Hebrew god's standards and, today, to bring God back to China and correspondingly to Iraq.
When our forefathers came to Hawaii, they enticed and directly brought family members and relatives as well as
kinsmen and their family friends to resettle in Hawaii (1860s to 1920s). The main thrust of Hawaii's local Chinese
community and local Chinese heritage (unbeknownst to many local, mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan Chinese),
therefore, is the Chou Dynasty heritage, history, customs, and culture. And it is the Hebrew Chou Dynasty, which has
been instrumental in influencing all of China's culture over China's past 4,000 years. The Chou, therefore, becomes the
heart and center of all of China.
Hawaii (Honolulu) is called "Tan Heung Shan" after our forbearer (great ancestor), which we differentiate from the normal
Chinese term used to describe the city of Honolulu. Many of our family members were intentionally settled on all of the
islands in the State of Hawaii. Therefore, Hawaii is called "Tan Heung Shan" or, in Hebrew, Joktan's settlement.
The surnames of Chow (Chou, Zhou), Lum (Lin), Chang (Cheng), Goo (Ku), Wu (Wo, Woo), Ing (Ng), Ching (Cheng),
Ho, Chiang, Mau (Mao), Choy (Tsai), Sun, Yap (Yip, Ye, Yeh), Wong (Wang), Lai, Kee (Ke), Kwock (Kwok, Kok, Kuo,
Guo), Lau (Liu), Loui (Lui), Dang (Teng, Tang, Deng, Dung), Siu (Hsiu, Hsiao), Young (Yang, Yong), Chock (Cheuk,
Cho), and Tom (Tan, Tam) are all Chou Dynasty surnames, people who make up China's current Imperial family and
Hebrew Jehovah Dynasty.
Our mission is to keep our family together and to maintain our heritage and roots. To teach Hawaii's local Chinese
community (our family) this heritage, history, genealogy, customs, and culture and to explain its significance in this
modern day world. Our mission is not only to teach Hawaii's local Chinese community, but to teach all Chinese in the
world.
Is an Imperial family and dynasty important? Does it have any relevance in today's modern world and society? Should
we, Hawaii's local Chinese, maintain this heritage and our identity as Imperial Princes or should we abandon it? Does
this (imperial heritage) really matter? What is or what should our relationship (Hebrew people of the Chou Dynasty) to
the true god be in these times?
A lot of these questions are being answered by Lester D.K. Chow and Associates as they (we) are the official overseas
representatives for members of China's overseas Imperial family.
Today, China is an atheist nation. Does religion and God really matter? How about the question of freedoms and
democracy, would any truly good man deny their brothers (family) of such things including human rights and the
freedom of speech and thought?
We hope to spearhead a movement or renaissance of the local Chinese culture and return this lost and forgotten history
and culture back to mainland China. As Gandhi and Martin Luther King had non-violent movements, and they supported
and believed in peace, so does this movement as well as the Chou Dynasty, the Chou clan, us here in Hawaii.
Wars are sometimes won without a single shot being fired. An outright war in China will mean hundreds of millions of
deaths. We are God-fearing people, men of God, people of sound minds and sound principles, who have our feet solidly
and firmly planted on the ground - wanting only good for our people and nation of China and wanting only good for our
adopted nation of America (USA). And returning the same to our original homeland in Iraq, the Sunni Triangle, from
Mesha to Sephar. This is our mission. An international mission of peace, goodwill, and God.
This heritage is very important for the above reasons, for world peace, the betterment of mankind, and God's salvation.
We are the Chou Dynasty, a Hebrew dynasty, people whose ancestors were sinocized or conscripted by Nimrod in
ancient times (intermarried with the Han or Hamite people from Nimrod's bands) and later swept into China with God's
(Jehovah's) dispersion of mankind.
We seek to educate people and teach our lost history, renew our lost relationship with God, and be a family of Hebrews
once again (people who love, worship, and respect the true god).
This mission or renaissance of the Chou Dynasty (Jo or Jehovah Dynasty), a Hebrew dynasty, the Hebrew nation, seeks
to bring the true god to China and to return 1.3 billion people to God. Should we be doing this and is this something that
is good as well as would be approved by God?
This, all of the above, is our mission. We need public support, volunteers, and money, as we have none. We seek the
love of America's people and we hope to give back to humanity more than we receive. Our mission of peace is
consistent with God's love and God's principles and we hope to gain the blessings of Christians and Christian
congregations in America and worldwide.
OTHER:
Lester D.K. Chow and Associates is the official independent government-to-government political negotiators, who
successfully secured the withdrawal of Saddam Hussein's army from Kuwait in November 1990. We, also, laid the
basis for an entire peace accord, which was agreed to by Iraq's President, the Honorable Saddam Hussein. This
measure was quietly turned down by the Bush Senior administration in an effort to take our nation illegally into war.
We, therefore, as the original Iraq War negotiators, seek today to lay the foundations for peace in Iraq and in the entire
Middle East for this world's future. We may be contacted through our business address, e-mail address, and telephone
number. HIM Yao Sui, China's current succession emperor, was our chief negotiator for the Iraq War in 1990-91.
The Chou Clansmen Association of America is our family organization (non-profit and unincorporated club)
established in Hawaii in 1976 by Richard W.C. Chow and re-established by his nephew, Lester D.K. Chow, in 1996.
The Chin Ying Tong is our family temple in mainland China, which boasts a membership of between 26 million to 40
million people. The Chou Clansmen Association of America is an official affiliate organization.
Professor Chow's Memorial Preservation Committee. William Kwai Sun Chow, Hawaii martial artist of the Kempo
fame, is a descendant of the Chou Dynasty and a son of Chow Young (Chow Lum-Hoon), fourth son in the four-horse
or four-pillar unit of the Chou Dynasty. A memorial preservation committee is to be organized to document the martial
arts history behind Professor Chow and to grant him family honors in mainland China before our family's tong (26 million
to 40 million members). We are, also, seeking a martial arts instructor (one Kungfu and one Kempo/Kenpo) to be our
family's chief martial arts instructor in Hawaii. We are seeking a black or brown belt to help with organizing and
correspondence. These are volunteer positions presently as we have limited or no funds at this moment to pay anyone.
We would appreciate the support of Professor Chow's martial arts family tree to help in this endeavor. Please contact us
to help set this up. By establishing working relations with us in the early periods, you will be establishing yourselves for
bigger and better things to come in the future. We will be in China and will represent China's Han-Chinese Imperial
family, of the Chou Dynasty, in the near future. And as Grandmother Lum would say, "Family should always help family!"
We need and would certainly appreciate your help, especially in our time of need and very survival!
The First China Mission Church. We hope not only to return our heritage and history to mainland China, but to bring
about a Christian mission to our family of 1.3 billion in China and kin (relatives) in Iraq. We need volunteers and the
blessing of Christians and Christian groups in America for our success and for God's love and mercies to be extended
to us and to all of China's and Iraq's people. Please contact us and help this very worthy Christian-based cause.
We need volunteers, especially, here in Hawaii and funds or all of the above movements will die.
We need Bibles and bible studies teachers, we need people who believe in what we are doing (as stated above). We
would like to gather with antiwar activist to let them know what we have done so far with respect to the Iraq War, to
speak to them about our objectives, goals, and mission and to coordinate our activities. We need to gather our clan and
family for our eventual return home to China and to teach those remaining in America their family's history, legacy,
genealogy, and past acts of worship of the true god.
We need volunteers, who believe in what we are doing as stated above. Lastly, we need sponsors, people, wealthy
people, who believe in peace and would like to see an end to the Iraq War. We are able to make that happen, above and
beyond what the Bush administration is now doing, as we were the original Iraq War negotiators in 1990.
We are trying to gather our family for a great day unto God and to seeing to the religious conversion of 1.3 billion people
in mainland China from being atheist to the Christian faith. We hope to deliver 1.3 billion souls to God through Christ,
seeing to the salvation of these 1.3 billion people. We hope to exercise enough influence to bring God home to China as
well as back to Iraq, to the original home of the descendants of Shem. From Mesha to Sephar, they resided
(descendants of Shem) and still resides, today, in the mountainous areas to the east (Northern Iraq). This is our
God-given mission, as we have a great love and deep respect for God, family, and kin, and God desires that no flesh be
destroyed.
We ask for volunteers to come forth to help us gather our family. We ask for volunteers to come forth to help us in the
gathering work and to help us raise the needed capital to make this wish and dream come true.
