Chow is the owner and principal of Lester D.K. Chow and Associates. A management consulting and public relations firm. They represent overseas members of China's Imperial family in matters that come before Congress and the White House. In 1990 (1990-91), this was the firm of political negotiators that had successfully secured Saddam Hussein's agreement to withdraw his troops from Kuwait and it was the Bush Senior administration's decision not to accept this withdrawal and to take our nation to war. In essence Saddam had agreed not only to withdraw his troops, but to sit down at the bargaining table on matters of oil, trade, and regional security. Throughout Bush Junior's term in office, we continually informed the President of the illegality of this war and had advised him on possible courses of action to take in view of peace, the preservation of human life, and that his planned war against Iraq should not be fought as his father's war and 11 years of sanctions were not legal by US Constitutional law. All pleas by us were ignored. The Chow family originally comes from Iraq, from Hassuna, an ancient city, in pre-biblical times, and are paternal Hebrews related to people in the Sunni Triangle and to Saddam's tribal clan from Takrit. Mr. Chow is, also, part-Mede from his early ancestry. Mr. Chow is currently single and in 2005 had planned to marry. Coming from a good and traditional Chinese family, his intended has her Phd in Agriculture Economics and is from one of China top political families. Mr. Chow is the younger cousin of Premier Chow En-lai, younger cousin by marriage-ties to Presidents Chiang Kai-shek and Sun Yat-sen. Mr. Chow is, also, distantly related to Mao Tse-Tung and Deng Hsiao-ping. Mr. Chow is a Christian, a Methodist, who along with certain members of his family are hoping to return their Chinese heritage (Imperial and Chou Dynasty heritage) to mainland China and to maintain the dignity of the Imperial family and His Majesty Yao Sui, Emperor of the nation of China. Part of our objective here is the modernization of mainland China, full on democracy, and immediate sweeping changes throughout the whole of China. And if possible, the acceptance of God and the teaching of the Christian Bible to China's 1.3 billion people. The objective of the Chou Dynasty (Jehovah Dynasty) is to insure that China will always be upright and have good government. And that China's internal and foreign policies will follow along the lines of goodness and God's righteousness in much the same way (as it is our understanding) as the founding of the United States of America was. We hope to receive the goodwill of the American people for all of our endeavors and we need to gain the acceptance and love (loyalty) of China's billions for our task at hand, bringing this about without bloodshed and internal civil war. This is a very large undertaking and no small task! The people of the Chou Dynasty are paternal Hebrews via Nimrod's sinocization in 2200 BC (approximate date). There is a need for us and our families in both Iraq and China to return to the true worship of God and to gain his blessings as this is the duty (responsibility) of all men. In the Middle East, we (our firm) are political negotiators with or on behalf of Muslim nations. Our standing as Arabs (part-Arab and part-Chinese) as well as our standing with God helps to bring about world peace in a time of uncertainly. All Muslim nations respect and adhere to the word of God as they know it to be or as their religion dictates. We deal with people on their terms for this world's betterment as well as we speak to all people and nations, sometimes informally considered by our government as being terrorist, for the sake of harmony and world peace. We are American citizens and we abide by US laws, while trusting in God. Our first commandment as people of God and as Christians is to be obedient to God. With God, all things, including peace and success in our negotiated efforts, are posible. HIM Yao Sui "Our clan patriarch and China's symbolic Son of Heaven" ----------- Who is HIM Yao Sui? His Majesty Yao Sui by China's history and official Imperial succession is China's current Emperor and head of state in exile. He, like all of us, first to fourth cousins, is of Hamite and Hebrew ancestry. Sometimes, we cover for him secretly and we are a family unit. As Americans, we try to be the best that we can be and we abide in American laws and are loyal US citizens. As Asian-Americans, most of us follow what we were taught by our parents, obey the law, obey one's parents, be good citizens (upright, mentally, and morally sound), obey authority, and make something of yourselves. Most of us have finished four years of college and are whitecollar working professionals, accountants, doctors, or lawyers. Some of us have inherited our family's business in America and are very wealthy, while others are not. Coming from China's Imperial family, though a number of us are poor, it allowed us to have guidelines as to what we should follow and as to what society and our families had expected of us. A lot of secrecy surrounds his majesty and for good reason. (1) We are employed as political negotiators (sometimes our firm has lean years and sometimes we feast). (2) Though we are part-Manchurian on our maternal side related to the Manchurian Emperor Kuang Yao via his ancestry from the greatest and beloved Manchurian Emperor Tao Kuang, we can never be sure where our cousins stand on the matter of our being China's Han-Chinese or indigenous Imperial family and as of yet we have not formally introduced ourselves as such to them. Then (3) there are political factions in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, yet our greatest concern is our political negotiation activities in the Middle East and our safety due to our political negotiation work and terrorist activities. (4) We, also, would like to get involved with North Korean negotiations. So, we are not free by any chance from assassination attempts or (5) being thought of as bully monarchist, which we are not, and snuffed out by lunatics and crazies in America and elsewhere. The exact age and identity of HIM Yao Sui is not publicly given for his safety. And as a symbol of our nation and family, he has our utmost respect. We are Hebrews with a history to tell and a family to return to God. This is our paternal root that we seek, some 3,000 years later, after Nimrod conscripted our family and our mandate or relationship with the true God was, then, subsequently lost! It is a noble heritage, a true Hebrew heritage, that a few of us preserve and keep. In many ways, we, today, are like the obedient Jews of old listening to God's word and being obedient.
