Notice To Media and General Public: 1. As a security precaution, we ask that the media not publish pictures of members of China's Imperial family. 2. There are no known pictures in the general public domain showing China's Han Emperor and past Han Emperors, over the last 300 years. 3. China's Imperial family are members of the Chou Dynasty, which was founded by Emperor Shun Cheong, a cousin to the Ming Dynasty Imperial family, in 1622 B.C. 4. The last dynasty to rule all of China was the Ch'ing Dynasty, a Manchurian dynasty in governance over ethnic Han-Chinese people. 5. The Chou Dynasty (1644 A.D. to present) encompasses descendants of the original Chou Dynasty lineage (1122 B.C. to 256 B.C.), the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), as an affiliate family, and the Ch'ing Dynasty (1643-1912). 6. The main reason for this rule is that it serves as a security precaution, as some members of our family have been subjected to assaults by other people. 7. We do not have, as a formal measure, U.S. Secret Service protection and must provide for our own security, while living in exile in the United States of America. 8. This precaution helps us as maintain our security. Some of our family members would be in physical danger, if this policy was not observed, as we do travel to Asia and other political "hot spots" in this world. 9. Anyone making political statements about controversy or trying to aid a foreign cause needs to maintain a measure of security. 10. As to legal standards, with respect to harassment, we adhere to the standards given in the Holy Scriptures, where it says that a good name is better than gold. By doing good, we receive good. By remaining within the keeping of public laws and by maintaining a professional standard of conduct with respect to one's personal and business life, by the maintenance of a good community name and public relations, a person's security is in some way protected. 11. The identity of China's Emperor, HIM Yao Sui, is not known to the general public and we would like to keep things that way. We do this as a security precaution to protect China's Imperial family. 12. Threats have been made by a number of miscellaneous people on the life of China's Emperor and this has been reported to the police and FBI. Therefore, as to China's Emperor's true identity and name we ask for everyone's patience and understanding as to the outworkings of our Chinese culture and custom (as given above) and not publicly reveal our identity or residence. We are Han-Chinese and not Manchurian. And our lives could be put in danger by exposure to the wrong groups in mainland China.
