Recent Achievements:

1. In the years 1990-91, I successfully negotiated an end to the Iraq
   War and secured President Saddam Hussein's agreement to withdraw
   from Kuwait in November 1990. During this time, the Bush 
   administration continually said, publically, that Saddam refused to
   withdraw though that was not the case and our government illegally
   and criminally took our nation to war.

   Iraqi War Deaths (approximately 2,000,000):
   1990-91 Approximately 500,000 Iraqi troop deaths and
           over 800,000 Iraqi civilian lives.

2. In 1999, I was one of a few people behind the scenes who very 
   adamantly insisted and pushed for the hiring of June Jones as the
   University of Hawaii's football head coach.

3. In October 2008, I recruited Patrick Nicely, then the 17th best
   Quarterback in the nation, to come to Hawaii to play for the
   University of Hawaii and he agreed. Also included in this package
   for the University of Hawaii was the 14th and 24th best Wide
   Receivers in the nation and two offensive linemen ranked in the top
   20 in the nation. Rivals.com said that if this materialized, I 
   would be named as the top college football recruiter for 2009 and 
   for me this is a matter of honor, great pride, and distinction!

   President, Chancellor, Athletic Director, Head Football Coach,
   football players, and students.
